I have an orion TV which is not able to switch on even after replacing a faulty power transistor?

the tv still doesnt switch on, and more so it also burns the faulty transistor that have been replaced, and also the fuse. what might be the problem with that TV?

The fact that you have replaced the power regulator transistor and it stills fails says that the power supply is working into a short, or more likely when I think about it you have a fault with the circuitry of the transistor itself , normally with a fault elsewhere in the set like a shorted line amp the the power supply would go into to safety mode , if I were you I would check the diodes etc that are in the base and emitter circuit of the power reg transistor. Well that is the right direction but obviously the fault needs a fair degree of skill or experience to overcome, good luck anyway !!
