I have an srt-4 with trans problems?

does any one else have this issue it grinds really bad going into 3rd gear how can i fix this prob and how much would it cost 2 fix

if its manual transmission you have synchronizes in it that or a mis-adjusted clutch will cause that too happen,have a transmission shop test drive it and see what they say about it,they wont charge you nothing for this,and it might help you figure out what its doing this,bad synchronizers is the most common cause of it especially in the  standard shift cars,if its an automatic a car and doing this its a totally different story on the transmission,id still have someone drive it that could diagnose it,good luck.
