My boss has asked me to a meeting to discuss general conduct:-

They say my body language indicates i don't want to be there

They previously bullied me with unfair targets

They mentioned i'm not wearing my pass,

They won't allow me to work flexi-time when 5 others in my team are.

They say i didn't lock my computer with control, alt and delete, when most of the time i do .

They say i didn't hand in my perfromance review on time, when i have had no spare time in work to do it

  1. Seems like neither one of you is happy with the other.  Time to start looking for another job.  If you are not happy working there now, you will never be happy.

  2. Do you work where I work? lol Sadly-it seems like we're in the same boat. Just go there, do what you  have to do, and go home. If they want you to work on those certain things, do your best, and if it still doesnt work, find another job where they dont micro-manage so much. Good luck.
