when i connect my camcorder. it doesnt work. The file is an unknown file type, and it doesnt open a video. How do i fix this problem and what should i do?

  1. .mts files are AVCHD video - your high def camcorder should have been supplied with a reader.  Was there an installation disk with the camcorder?
