The pain is just above my right ankle and only hurts when I stand up. If I am sitting down, I very rarely feel pain. Xrays have been negative and I am waiting to get an MRI. The foot and ankle specialist indicated that it is very perplexing since I have good mobility in my ankle and foot and that it only hurts when I stand up. Vicodin doesn't really help. Has anyone out there had similar symptoms or heard of anything similar to this? Thanks, everyone!

  1. Chinese medicine says that it is liver and spleen congestion. You could also be lacking magnesium, potassium and calcium which will cause pain. You can look each one up on this website.

If you email me I will give you some simple exercises to follow to clear your liver and spleen, if that doesnt work you would need herbs.
