they usually use zabasearch.com, or any other paid site to find ppls numbers...

Did you put it on credit applications or other official documents? If a company refers something to collections they provide them with all your info. including phone number.

If you're getting general marketing calls with people trying to sell you stuff it's because they use automatic number generating software that will eventually get to every number in an area whether it's listed or not.
