  1. no your not gonna get sued, just mke min payments like 10 a month nd take your trip, they cant complain as long as they get some so of good faith in paying.

  2. Well it will go on your credit record, but I was always told if you pay at least $1.00 a month there is nothing they can do beacuse you are at least trying to pay...

  3. Okay you're planning this trip/getaway but trying to avoid your debt at the same time?

Chances are you'll get sued before you leave the country...in 3 years. You need to get your priorities straight. Pay your debts.

  4. Your debt will go to collections and have a negetive affect on your credit report and will lower your score. You need to set up a payment plan right away and tell them how much you're able to pay them. If you don't pay off this debt, it can affect you later on in your life when you try to apply for a loan or credit.

  5. You should try to set up a payment plan with the doctor.  If it goes to collections, it will look VERYbad on your credit report.

And don't think the fact that you are leaving the country in three years will get you off the hook.  They could feasibly get a judgment against you and garnish your wages before that time.  I wouldn't take that chance if I were you.

  6. If they are makin you pay 175 minimum a month I'm guessing it is way way overdue anyway.  If you don't pay they'll turn it over to a collection agency who if you don't pay will turn it over to a lawyer who WILL sue you if you don't work out payment arrangements.
