here's the story i found my cat about 5 years ago when he was a kitten he had been living up the street when i found him he had been beaten up and had no eyebrows or whiskers they had been burnt off.. anyway we kept him took him to the vet and got him better.. he has always been a very stressed cat that gets upset easy... he had very bad bladder problems tha the vet said was from anxiety..he ended up need to have what they called a s*x change..they had to remove all his down stairs bits in order for him to be able to pee... well he is all fixed now.. but he still continues to pee on everything he can find he is driving me crazy..the house stinks like cat wee..if you catch him doing it and yell at him he gets upset and will go and find something to chew on like power cords.. does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to help him..he is really starting to annoy me he has no reason to pee everywhere

  1. I'd pee on your carpet too if you cut my bits off and then gave me a s*x change.

Edit - I am sorry. Trying to introduce a little humour was a despicable thing to do.  I hope that one day you and Mr (or should it be Mrs?) Whiskers can forgive me.

  2. I've found once a male cat begins to pee outside their litter box they never stop..... I have never found a solution to this and have had a couple like this... my current cat I have never had a problem with, a friend from work told me that with male cats you have to get them neutered before they start to try and mark their territory, otherwise they will pee on everything and never stop

  3. Does it pee in random spots?  Or are they consistant?  You can buy spray that (hopefully) stops cats/dogs from using the bathroom there.
