i have anger problem wen ever im doing sports can people suggest wat to do except anger mangement... best anwser 10 pts

  1. self control, it is one of the hardest things i think a person can ever learn, it has been for me and im still working on it. i play softball and there have been times in the past that i have actually yelled at the umpire to the point of being thrown out of the game, but in the last couple of years i have learned some self control and the difference and joy of the game is amazingly better. good luck.  


  2. the best way to deal with sudden urges to explode is to close your eyes and clench your fists - HARD - while counting to 10.  I know you have heard the "count to 10" thing a million times, but if you clench your fists while you are counting you will not believe how much it aleviates the need to explode.

  3. I usually can get pissed off pretty well... you know baseball throw a helmet after a strikeout... basketball chuck the water bottle against the wall but you know now that I am in college I just say **** happens when I do bad and some good advice my basketball coach gives us is don't compact mistakes meaning if I am playing basketball and I turn the ball over make sure I don't do it the next time I have the ball..
