I have anxiety and panic disorder and everytime i try to eat something i feel sick and panicy?

what can i do to get myself to enjoy eating again.

  1. You could try a natural herbal remedy for stress/anxiety/nervousness called Valerian. It is available over the counter at a Herbalist shop.

    Until the anxiety/panics subsides and are under control you could try the powdered drinks like Complan - they are full of the vitamins and proteins that your body needs and are easier than trying to digest other types of food. Good luck and best wishes. UK
