  1. How long ago did they reject you?

If they rejected you for a tourist visa on the grounds of low funds what about your situation has changed that will make them believe that you can support yourself while studying overseas (do you have any idea how much your studies will cost not to mention the text books you'll need)? You'll need to address that question if you want an approval.

  2. try to improve you finances (or fake it) for the period of 2 years.( dont just dump the money in account and go for visa).

otherwise they have all  the records, even if you go after 5 years.

  3. You will need even more prood of finances if you want to be a student the fees are £3000 pre year.

Then you need proof of the following

You must be able to show that you are going to follow:

a recognised full-time degree course, or

a period of study and/or research in excess of 6 months where this forms part of an overseas degree course, or

a course run during the week involving at least 15 hours of organised daytime study each week, or

a full-time course at an independent fee-paying school

    You must also:

be able to pay for your course and support yourself and any dependants, and live in the UK without going into business or getting a job, or needing any help from public funds

be able and intend to follow your chosen course, and

intend to leave the UK when you complete your studies, if your course of study is below degree level.

If you graduated from a UK university or other educational institution within the last 12 months with a bachelor's degree, master's degree, postgraduate certificate or diploma, or PhD, you may be able to apply to stay in the UK and get a job for an extra year after your degree course finishes, without getting a work permit. For more information, please see the section on the International Graduates Scheme in our Permit free employment (INF 14) guidance.

  4. Are you an Indian ?

British High Commission and /or consulates in India wouldn't issue any tourist visa to you unless you produce evidence of

substantial bank balance with statement of bank accounts for the past six months (minimum)..

You must have a sponsor in UK. Sponsor's integrity should be unquestionable..

If you are visiting UK as a student , some university in UK

should sponsor you.  There are a few agencies at Chennai

who are authorised representatives of a few UK universities.

You have to pay term fee for a period of one year in advance.

Should have a deposit (transferable ) of  Indian Rupees in a bank account for your maintenance in UK.

This may cost you a minimum of  Indian Rupees of 15 lakhs

    and over..

Check whether your HSC would be approved for getting

admission in a college in UK..

Indians and a large number of Jaffna Tamils of Sri Lanka

get into UK with or without a visa ( illegal immigrants via

Eastern Europe).  Upon reaching UK, they become untraceable.

Don't submit any fake documents as " xtremely xtra "  has
