  2. If you have ever recevied a reciept notice, go to uscis.gov and on the right side, check your case status with the receipt number.

    Other than that, you can re-apply visa as long as you pay for it.

  3. Yes it is perfectly fine and legal to re-apply for a visa.

    However unless you circumstances have changed or you have new additional documentation to support your case then you would be wasting your time.
