I have applied for my passport in19 nov 2007 but i didn't recieve my paasport till the date.?

In passport office, they are attending to income-fetching 'Tatkal' applications.ours is secondary only. I say this, as i got my passport after 8 months.Money that matters.

may be local police station have not sent character report

of yours. Go for police station and find out what they said then go for passport office to find out what is reason of delay

Make arrangements for settlement of the case at the earliest .Passport will be issued only on the basis of clear  and final report from the police authorities .

so dude u need to go the police station for ur police report clearance n then the cops will send ur report to the passport office

I think you have not given bribe to the police, so that they kept pending. Even if you are a genuine person, you have to convince the police. go and check with your local police. This is India man.
