Contact the High Commission or the Passport regional office, sure there must be some problem or you were not available when they tried to reach you.

I am sure these days you have better ways to track your application via net. Try it out.

Sneak across the border and pretend to only speak spanish. That way , you will be entitled to collect welfare, get free everything for your kids, and vote democrat.

If full address and proper information has been given by you then it should have reached to you within 90 days. And usually passport arrives through our postal service , so better check out there also and do meet the verification officer also.Hope you get your passport soon.
