Your question is too general - heat, ice, topical agents, glucosamine, acetaminophen, non-steroidal antiinflammatories, steroids, acupuncture, injection therapies, arthroscopic debridement, knee replacement . . . . Is it osteo or rheumatoid or gouty or residual chronic infectious/inflammatory. ...  

  3. I would try the Glucosamine and msm tablets. They work good for mine. Are you sure it's arthritis and not just over worked tendons? Hot baths are good too.

    As far as taking these prescription drugs from doctors I wouldn't do it. There's plenty of things to do than to try that c**p....too many side effects from those. Can't believe the FDA passes so much c**p as good to use.
