any one who knows what a Rainbow vacuum is, please tell me what you think is a good price to sell mine for as it is only 1 yr old exactly. It is too heavy for me because of bad back, so I hope to get a light weight vacuum.

I do know that a Rainbow is, as a family friend has one.  As to resale price, I can't tell you.  Check e-bay, Craigslist, etc. to see what the going price is for a used one.

Put it on craigslist.org for 3/4 of what you paid for it and if it sells, great. If not, lower the price. There is no way of estimating the price of a used vacuum.

i bought mine 1500$ you could probably sell for a least 500$

I know what a Rainbow is but no idea what the resale price is. Try checking the prices listed for similar items on Ebay.
