  1. I have astigmatism too...Try  O2 Optix, they're super comfy because it lets a lot of oxygen get to your eyes and prevents drying out. These worked for me.

Acuvue has their version called Advanced Hydraclear.  These are more expensive but Optometrists really push for these, not sure why.  They are good but I think O2 Optix are still better.

They also have one specificly for astigmatism but never tried these.

Ask for trial pairs for both before you order a year's supply.

  2. I use purevision toric and they are really comfortable, but you really should try out multiple brand and see which one works best for you.

  3. If you do it like it should be done it will work out a lot better for you.

Go to an Optometrist or Optician and have trial lenses fitted, then they will check for the fit, and rotation.

If they aren't perfect , they will try another brand...and check again. Sometimes 3 or 4 brands have to be fitted in some problem cases.

A brand that is perfect for John, may not work at all for Jane.

Then after you have them , if there is a problem that develops ,  you can go back and get it seen to.

If you buy them online...you are on your own.

  4. I work for an Optometrist, and he regularly suggests Toric lenses for people with an astigmatism
