I have astigmatism and am near-sighted, I have contacts and the Dr says I have 20/20 vision with contacts but?

I can't see close up or far away, everything has to be a about 2 feet away to be clear, any thoughts?

Is that with the contacts on or with them off?

If blurry with the contacts on, return to the doctor.

I would suggest seeing an optometrist, he could then give you a thorough eye test. A doctor will not have the quality of experience to deal with the eyes, and certainly will not have the necessary equipment.

From what you have said there is definately something not right.
