I have back pain over the hump on the lower part of my back

i have had this pain for a month. what do i doa nd what is it

It's hard to diagnose what your problem is , but you may want to think back what you may done within the last month to have caused the pain .You may have slip on the floor , or lifted something to heavy for you , or may have bulging discs and even a sciatica nerve problem . There are many possibilities for your discomfort at this point .
