its really gross. i am embarrassed to even get in a bathing suit or dresses or anything. I have had it for about a year now. i was my back && face every night but its not working..what do i do?

me too, just use all the stuff u can get your hands on..and scrub GENTLY.-- only pop the one's that will pop easily. get some salicylic  acid--- sulfur mask-- try toothpaste. but daily washing is important.

I use body clear body scrub by Neutrogena. It's got little scrubbies and salicylic acid in it to fight acne all over your body. Besides the body wash, I'd suggest trying to shower any time you sweat a lot and wear breathable clothing. But it is annoying, I know!
