Question:

I have bad pain in both arms?

For about a week now I have been experiencing pain in both arms and a little in my legs. I don't exercise very often at all. This pain is pretty d**n bad when it comes. It doesn't hurt when I actually use my arms, just feels weak. Then when they are in a resting position they begin to hurt very bad and it's hard to sleep. If I get them in the right position they stop hurting as long as I don't move them again. It's strange because the activities I use my arms for shouldn't make them hurt as bad as they do. They are simple everyday activities. It's not only the arms but also into my fingers. The pain in my legs isn't nearly as bad or widespread. It also seems like it starts off in one arm and then throughout the day reaches the other arm and they are both in immense pain. This has been going on for about a week. I'm not sure what this could be if not just soreness. Any ideas?

  1. If it's lasted that long and is that painful, you should go to your doctor. They will probably give you a referral to a physical therapist.
