I have been a chain smoker for now i left it what are the good excercise and diet for good results.

  1. First of all congratulations that u quit smoking...

    As u said u were a chain smoker then i must say ur stamina might have reduced to zero...

    u shud not start with any rigorous exercise initially.. better to start with long walks (best if u can walk early morning). continue this for a month or so... start with 500 meters n gradually increase the distance as per ur stamina... see if u can reach upto 2 km a day... u can take 2-3 mins break in between (only if u r dead tired).

    if u r interested in building muscles ( biceps, forearm etc).. then u should start this after a months time.

    Yoga n meditation can be done simultaneously.

    All the best buddy.. make sure u don't take a single puff henceforth.

    try to avoid passive smoking too (if possible)
