  4. kill animals and eat them

    works for me

  5. OMG, that means that your body wants more food. Don't try to say that you eat enough, because you don't.

If you need help deciding what to eat, here is a small list of ideas.

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentil, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegan people have the same potential as anyone else.

If you need meat or dairy during any stage of your life or to live any certain lifestyle, why does the American Dietetic Association say otherwise?

  6. not enough protein or you are not eating enough

  7. Eat 6 times a day instead of 3

  8. Try eating filling foods with little water content like beans, avocados, bananas, nuts and seeds, tempeh (instead of tofu), and grains like quinoa, rice, barley, millet, bulgur, etc.

Lots of fruits and veggies aren't filling enough because they are filled with lots of water so it's good to eat dense foods like those listed above to help fill you up and give you more fiber.

  9. You are always hungry because you are consuming a lot of carbohydrates which fill you up, but will ultimately make you hungry a few hours later.

You will need to fill your diet with more protein and other vitamin rich foods (There is no need to switch back to eating meat in your diet). Perhaps you should plan your meals ahead of time or purchase a cookbook or vegan diet book. This will help you understand that becoming vegan, is not going to kill you, but you can't expect to feel fulfilled on fruits and veggies alone. You need to have a more balanced diet, which is completely possible!

Try checking out these websites and see where your vitamin deficiency is in your diet and how you can fix it:

  10. Eat more at each meal.
