  1. You should be able to find the Boca products at most stores. I know that even our Target carries some Trader Joe's is another great store to get veggie stuff for reasonable prices. Here's a couple of sites for you to check out. :)

If for some reason you can't find Boca and your mom won't take you anywhere else, then you can get your protein from tofu, legumes like black beans and pinto beans, quinoa (which is a grain), eggs, cheese, and yogurt (if you are ovo-lacto), nuts, nut butters, etc.

  2. Go to the freezer aisle in Walmart and they sell a line of vegetarian meat alternatives called Morning Star.

They're very good, and good priced :D

  3. If you don't want to be unhealthy eat some meat preferably veal.

  4. Most grocery stores carry boca and morning star products, I get a lot of mine from winco, despite my dislike of winco, they're usually relatively cheap, so I would look there. Or maybe costco, if you have one in your area. But I'm not sure they carry boca, morning star, etc. Good luck!

  5. Super cheap and not horrible...TVP-textured vegetable protein
