because I was in every club in High School, and I had all the AP classes, and I was Valedictorian, and one girl told me some horrible things, and she said that if I held up my noise any higher, she would snap it in half. Am I being prejudiced, or am I mistaking myself?

  1. I think that it might be a little bit of jealousy and envy.

From a sociological point of view, you have the time and resources to allow you to participate in such things and put in the effort it takes to succeed.  (I don't know your particular situation, so this is only speculation).

Others do not necessarily have this - they might have to work part-time jobs, take care of chores at home, etc.  Because they can't devote their lives to achievement, they're a bit resentful at how easy things seem to come to you.

  2. If you don't want to be portrayed as s****. then talk to everyone! and no back stabbing.

  3. Honestly, not even a sociologist would be able to tell you; nobody on this site knows enough about you to answer that question (I'm assuming). However, if you are worried enough about offending other people that you would ask this question, you probably aren't that s****.. Also, sometimes people mistake over-achievers for snobs just because snobs generally ARE over-achievers. The next time you go out somewhere, think back and try to remember every time you complained, gossiped, acted vain, etc..

Hope I've given you some helpful insight.
