  1. Call a nanny service in your area and find out what the going rate is. Don't sell yourself short.  Be sure and have a clear understanding of what is expected of you and what you expect of your employer.  Also at times you may be expected to work longer than nine hours if the parents have an appointment or something.  Be sure as explain  to them that the basic pay is for 9 hours and anything over the 9 is extra

  2. being a former nanny of 2 children i would tell you to charge 15 - 20 for the 9 hours 5 days and anything past that is an addtional sum ( i would say anywhere from 5 to 10 dollars more and hour. # children this young is a ton of work . ANd you should be very clear on that when you are making you salery known. parents have a tendency to expect nanies to other house hold duties like laundry , dishes light house work and cooking for the children . if this is a factor defianly ask for the higher end and also make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing , hours , your duties, salery , overtime pay and what is considered over timei,f you are paid holidays that fall on regular work days , paid sick and vaction time . weather you draw something up or have them do it , it covers both parties. it makes them stick to paying you the right amount agreeded and it should also stipulate a time agreement if youwant to leave (ie 2 weeks notice or until the find a replace ment something you both can work with ) caring for 3 children is alot at any age but this young will have you on your toes and very busy , stay organized and create a schedule ( that can be flexable ) and you should be fine . the first few weeks will be hectic but once you all fall into a grove and get use to eachother the days will get a little easier. good luck have fun and enjoy watching them grow . you will be an important part of their delvolpment and a part of thier family .

  3. dont be stupid charge them like 5$ per head

  4. your best bet is to call local day care centers and ask their rates per hour - gives you a basic idea what to charge, then you can always call a nanny company in your area and ask what they charge ( pretending to be a inquiring parent) personally having dealt with my own at that age .... there is no amount of money  that would make me want to do it, knowing what  i was in for !!. - not even if they supplied the drug, booze, rubber room i would need after handling 3 under 2 for 9 hours a day 5 days a week !!! you got more guts then i do !!!

  5. WOW! I would charge between $15-20. Atleast that is the going rate here in California. Expecially with them all being under 2. That is a lot of work for one person. Is that 9 hours every day? You could also work out a flat rate per day or week.

  6. Oh wow i don't know but work it out carefully i am only a teenager, but i offered to work 5 hours a day 5 days a week and only get 2.50 an hour because i am you ng and nieve and didn't figure it out first.
