I have been attempting for weeks to find the Harmon Kardon Tech Web site page for instructions on how to download a software upgrade for an AVR-247. I have left voice mails and e-mails but no one has returned my requests. I was able to find the upgrade and load it to disc, but have been unsuccessful in returning to that page. Please help me find the correct web site which has the software upgrade and the instructions for downloading. Thankyou
