I have been banned from a game need help.?

Ok so i've gotten banned from this game i just need to know what they banned so i have 2 computer and i logged on my alt account on the other one and it worked. On the other computer it doesnt. What did they ban?

If your two computers use two different internet sources, then they probably banned your IP address from your account.

they block your IP adddress so you cant log on. you get assigned multiple address to different computers so you could switch the place of the computer and it may work

Most ban by your IP address ( the computers address) so if you start a new one on a different computer it will let you play.
