I have been bleeding going on almost a month now....?

and I don't know whats wrong i'm so scared to go to the doctor thinking it might be a miscarriage. There was some days i was clottin bad and like hurting really bad but on days like today its hardly any blood but still a little what do you guys think is going on just opinions not tellin me to go to doctor and get it checked? thanks!

You need to go to the doctors, this is not something to sit around and do nothing about.  My friend had the same problem.  She had a tear in her placenta.  She was fine but had to be on bed rest until it healed.  It tore because of stress.  Have you been stressed out?  If you get an infection it can cause early labor, and your gestation will determine the babys survival.  MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ASAP!!!

Um, why are you still home? *hehe* Sorry, hun... but I'd be dialin' my doctor on day two of the bleeding - especially since it's rather sporadic! I'm praying that it's nothing serious, but it darn well could be. This is no time to be sitting around b/c you're afraid of any bad news. It's not only your baby's life in jeopardy... it's your own!! Please make an appointment ASAP!

As Leighton stated - it could be a placental tear. But it also could be that you already miscarried & your body hasn't rid itself of everything completely... in this case, you yourself could get quite sick.

um definetly go to the doctor!!! it could definetly be a miscarriage, and it can be dangerous if you dont get it checked out!!!

Go to the ER or make an appt ASAP!  It could be a miscarriage, but it may just be a cervix infection (I had that happen with my second daughter).  It may also be something way more serious!!!

It doesn't matter how afraid you are of what the doctor might tell you, you should go to the doctor immediately. This is really bad to be bleeding for a month now. If you knew you were or are pregnant then you could of had a miscarriage and if you did have a miscarriage it could have been because you didn't go get checked out right away. Go to the doctor and get checked. This is nothing to be waiting on.
