I have been called to jury duty to a county i do not live in, would i still have to serve?

  1. probably not ... call the Clerk's office there for guidance.


  2. No. If you answer the questionnaire you will be declared ineligible to serve. And that will end it.

  3. Nope!  Lucky you!

  4. No. Ex-patriot status exempts you from jury duty.

  5. Call the county court house and ask why you were served.

  6. Not in Maryland.

  7. Include a photocopy of your driver's license to prove you no longer live in that county.  Worked for me.
