  1. You weren't given a chance to "take care of it right away" with the arresting officer?  That's unusual.

On another note, why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away?

  2. You will be fined by the court for first offense, plead guilty so that the sentencing would be mild and smooth. If you were charged with prostitution it means they arrested you soliciting s*x in the streets.

  3. You normally dont go straight to Superior Court as it is still a lower district case unless you have been indicted and are therefor facing a sentence in the future. Ask your attorney, if you cant afford one we the people pay for one to be appointed to you.

Good Luck and hope this is an eye opener.

  4. You'll be elected to office as a democrat.

  5. GOP will hire you. h**l you may even replace Karl Rove.

  6. you will have to stop selling it

    for a little while

  7. You will likely receive a fine.  Pay it and move on.
