  1. Don't believe you, either.  How can you say you have bills, yet don't know the phone number?  Looks like you've been blacklisted for failing to pay your bills.  Why not get a pay-as-you go phone, you can pick 'em up in Tesco's?

  2. If you had a cell phone, It was your responsibility to take care of it. I cant understand half of what you said-lol

    You are liable if you did not report it.  Just pay the darn thing.

    I dont know if you can get any "plan"  with a contract, but the Pre-paid is looking just as good if not better these days.

    I am on alltel, I pay 40-45 per month- IF I WANT TO... I can choose to lower it and I am not locked into a thing.  I get all of the unlimited usage and love my phone. Buy a used phone on ebay- and turn it on for 35.00 startup- then you just need minutes

    They have - Pay per minute, pay per month.

    pay per option/per day

    The other great prepaid is Tracfone/

    You can get a autopay that will automatically extend your service for like 4.95/mo now if you want to keep the same number.  The best thing to do is buy a phone for 79.00/ with a doubleminutes for life card.  You can even get them for less on ebay.  I got a dbl min card for 30.00 when retail is 50.00

    do not buy the 1 yr card unless you get it off of ebay for under 100

    Virgin Mobile is great too

    I know of people that had the plan, the top up isnt very expensive and they even give free months for being a good customer.

    So as far as your bill that you have no claim to fame- pay it and get it over with and go with prepaid.

    I would be willing to go over some of the other programs that I personally know of for Prepaid and help you get set up

    let me know
