I have been doing push ups and sit ups every night for a month. should i have noticed a difference?

where should there be a difference?

how can i make them more efficient?

i do 50-70 sit ups and 30-50 pus ups

never mis a night

  1. keep up the work,it will take some time, some one will tell you before you notice the difference,we can't see the major differences on our selves like others can see.ive lost 25lbs and i didnt see it till some one told me and i looked in the mirror,


  2. I'd say you should have started to notice a little difference. It might take a while longer though. Try to increase the amount of sit ups if you can.

  3. Try some variation in your workouts. Do some elevated pushups with your feet higher than your body. Do diamond pushups with your thumb and index fingers touching, then do regular pushups, then pushups with your hands out wider than your shoulders.   4. Are you doing sit ups correctly? Your ab muscles can only lift you up to a 30 degree angle. You can also try double crunches and different types of push ups. Also I would suggest hip thrusts. If you don't know what any of these are just google it.

  5. try doing diamond pushups, thier alittle more difficult but work you out harder
