  1. you could go to jail you will have to have a medical

and take your test againg to get your license back

and hopfully you will not do it againg,!!

  2. You will probably get a custodial sentence and a fine. Your licence will be taken away and you may have to take a retest when or if you get it back.

  3. You deserve everything thats coming to you. NEVER drink and drive.

  4. 3rd offence normally means jail, pal, but i hope it doesnt. thts wot me, my bro n my buddies got on our 3rd offence, but we went 2 jail for going 2 posh hotels n restaurants n doin runners. hope ur let off buddy.

  5. i hope not

  6. You don't learn, do you?  With a bit of luck you'll have some help while you're inside to deal with your problem.

  7. The best advice for your issue is to STOP drinking and driving. You are endangering everyone and anyone around you. You are very lucky that you have not hurt (or worse) anyone at his point. Take a cab if you must drink in public. Work the extra cost into your budget.

  8. You will need to obtain legal representation. As you can tell from the reaction, you have very little sympathy. In the UK, 83 mil in blood is just over the limit of 80mil. The aggravating feature is the fact that it is your 3rd in 10 years, so the magistrates will be looking at a starting point of custody and minimum 3 year disqualification. If the 80m is actually 80 microgrammes in breath, then you are in even bigger trouble - the UK legal limit is 35 microgrammes in 100ml of breath! I suspect, whichever jurisdiction you live in, you are in big trouble. Instead of trying to get free advice or reassurance from here, get some proper legal advice and representation. There may be some mitigation in your situation, but you won't know unless you get some professional help.

I won't wish you good luck, as I have to admit to having very little sympathy. Drink driving is dangerous and can all too easily kill; as my wife and her family know to their cost (brother killed by drink driver).

  9. A prison sentence might help you address your offending behaviour.  You've been caught 3 times but how many times have you been drunk when you were driving?

If you continued drinking and driving you might kill yourself, which I think would be no bad thing, or you might kill an innocent person.

If I was the judge at your trial I'd make sure you were eating porridge for as long as possible.

  10. You should have learnt your lesson after the first time!

  11. just think how lucky you were to be stopped before you had an accident and killed someone. I hope they throw away the key. You have NO EXCUSES.

  12. You need to be locked up, before you kill or injure somebody,

I hope your never aloud to drive again.

  13. i think maybe it would be good for you if ya had to do a sentence this time,,,,,,, you could go to a literacy class and learn to do correctly spelts sentences too lol

is your name richard cranium btw?

  14. I can help;

    STOP BREAKING THE LAW!!!!!

  15. With a bit of luck you will go to prison as I think you need to go.

To be prosecuted 3 times is terrible but I suspect you have done it a lot more without being caught.

You will also be loosing your licence for an extended period, around 5 yrs.

Dont think it matters how good a solicitor you get.

  16. I don't think you're telling the truth.  How can anybody be THAT stupid. Are you just trying to get a reaction from people? Have a nice holiday by the way!!!

  17. your irrisponsible to be honist and you deserve what is coming to you!

  18. Most people go down on the second offence, 3rd and you ARE going down. Say hi to the terrorists and the rapists.

  19. A bit late now you are a caught - it's just damage limitation now.  You could lose your licence.  You could go to prison.  Thinking caps on - what mitigation or defence have you actually got?  The classic one is urgently running someone to hospital.

In future if you are going to speed, make sure you're not tanked up and the worst that can happen is £60 and 3 points.

Or if you are a little over the top, keep religiously to the law and whatever brain cells still working be aware of all possible hazards, drive in a straight line and not too fast or slow for the conditions, avoid town centres and rat runs from nightclubs, and get home to safety as soon as possible.

Or better still, get a taxi or a sober friend to drive you.

  20. Well as you are a chronic alcoholic there are a number of things you could do;

    1) how do we know you are not lying to us. You say that the last one was 6 years ago, but what about all the other times you drove whilst drunk and was never caught. **** wipe.

    2) take your punishment like the ******** that you are. By the looks of the answers your not getting any sympathy, you dead beat

    3) plead total insanity, because you sound like a nutter anyway.  What type of person gets caught 3 times for the same offence

    4) You could ask the Judge for some help, plead to his better nature that you were stupid and you have learnt your lesson, and hopefully the Judge will give a lenient sentence (common these days) and he will probably give you the keys to his penthouse apartment in Florida for say 3 weeks of the year.

    5) if you are quick you could take a Law degree and find some loophole in your charge, but then again, looking at your spelling in the question there is no hope for a thicky like you.

    6) Finally, the best thing would be for you to find a way out of it, you could run and flee abroad ( I'm sure if you voted for this you will find about 93% would agree, p**s off) you could drink yourself to death ( 83% would choose that one, p**s head)

No but seriously you are looking to a 10 year ban and maybe 2-6 years in prison.  Not long enough if you ask me, the judge should give you the death sentence and be hung by the neck till dead...........Now go away and stop bothering honest, hard working British Citizens......dead beat.

  21. 1st offence, OK you were very stupid

2nd offence for same thing, you should have lost your licence forever

3rd offence for same thing, i wish i was the judge at your trial

  22. sorry but hope you go to prison as this is the 3rd time

  23. Drunk? 83mph? 3rd Offence?

    Do your bird!

I hope you like prison food.

    haha!
