i did not see a speed camrea van. whilst i was coming back i noticed it on the oppisite side.. i think i was going about 80mph in a 70mph zone.. do the speed camrea vans flash?? what will happen if it did catch me?? im so worried and will not speed agin HELP!! surely if i seen it going back i would have seen it going down :S:S

Speed camera vans generally do not flash.

If you did get caught, you should receive an intended notice of prosecution within 2 weeks ( I think). generally it will be a fine and at least 3 points on your licence, but don't forget, as a new driver this is half the amount you are allowed to get in the first 2 years of driving

Even if you do get away with it, let it be a warning to you. Speed limits are there for a reason and by passing your driving test you are obliged to drive according to the rules of the road.
