  1. Possible reasons (hard to say with such little information provided):

    1. You may be eating too little. Your body will go into 'starvation mode' and burn less calories if you go too low.

    2.  You may be in a plateau - your body gets used to certain exercises if performed all the time. Change it up - add weights, do different cardio, etc.

    3.  You may be exercising too much. More than an hour a day for most people isn't more effective.

    4.  You may not be exercising enough...you don't say how much. Do you do cardio? How long? Weights? Fat burning doesn't start until about 20 minutes into a typical cardio workout.

    5. You may have a medical condition that lowers metabolism, like thyroid disease.

  2. You may not be losing weight, but I bet that you are trimming inches off your weist and prbably gaining a toned body.

  3. Do you want to lose wight?

i'll give some instructions from my personal experience:

    1:- escape dinner every day

2:- dont eat red meat , alot potato, sweets , alchool and drink alot of water

3:- do some excersise put dont push yourself too hard

4:- believe you will lose wight(cause the body do what the mind believe)

  4. Do You Have Weight To Lose? If you are infact over weight then you should have lost a bit of weight, but if you are already thin then it is harder. Your workouts should varie in styles, intensity and what muscles your working on. Im sure by now you are at least more tone...you might have gained muscle as well which would explain why the numbers on the scale havent gone down. Make sure you are keeping up a fast metabolism and eating often not just one meal a day or something...Go talk to a nutritionist, trainer or doctor :) Goodluck

  5. maybe ur getting muscle, which weighs more than fat

  6. could be a number of things... are you eating enough? if you eat too little your metabolism will slow down and you will not lose weight.... it could also be the intensity of your workout.  many people think just being on a treadmill is enough, it takes a whole lot more... see a nutritionist and maybe even a personal trainer

  7. Didi you measure your vitals first before doing this? Try to measure. You're not loosing weight because you're developing your muscle. It's better to rely on you measurements. Since you said that you exercise, you're toning your body. You lose fat but gain muscles.

  8. Do you know that muscle weighs more than fat? Therefore, if you are building muscle/toning it is unlikely you will lose weight as such as you are replacing fat with muscle, which is excellent. Try to concentrate on inch-loss and clothing size rather than the scales!
