  1. Sounds like you are love struck!!!Being in love causes one to have many moods!!!Believe it or not.  But if you have suffered depression before why not give that counselor a call for a follow up session? Nothing wrong with having an understanding ear to talk too.. i wish you well and hope this love goes far!!!!

  2. Depression doesn't really go away, but it can be controlled. I've been going through it for 20 yrs now and it comes and goes with whatever goes on in my life. Relationships can really take it toll on a person suffering from depression.

  3. Yah that doesn't sound good.  That's not enough of a reason to be depressed.  I think counseling is your best option.  They can really help, you need someone that will give you an non bias opinion.  Best of luck!  There's nothing to be sad about missy!

  4. Im depressed when I cant see my girlfriend either, you just have to deal

  5. you should talk to your doctor about it, what might help you get over it faster, you could try to reduce the stress in your life

  6. unfortunately these things do tend to be cyclic, but maybe all it needs is a change of meds, to nip it in the bud. Or it could just be a low spell - so speak to your doctor

  7. Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

  8. i strugle with depression to. i was diagnosed with bi-polar. i have never taken meds. or any kinda help from doctors. i have developed the ability to overcome this problem on my own. the biggest thing that helps me is i never think about deppresion when it occures and i try and keep myself preoccupied. it will start working when you beleive its working becouse remember, its a mental illness and you can overcome anything mental by changeing perspectives.
