  1. you deserve not to drive again.

  2. you should go to prison for risking life. then i get drunk and run you over. lol.  eye for an eye

  3. well im pretty sure that if you lose your license within a year of passing you have to resit both tests after your ban is up. but also bear in mind the cost of your insurance is going to be a lot higher because of your conviction, the whole point of this law is to deter people drink driving!

  4. No.         Not unless the Courts said that you must resit the theory and driving test which apparently they didn`t and it is most unlikely that they would especially if it is your first offence.

  5. Yes it does mean you have got to go through the whole lot again, but please learn from your error ( i aint perfect had points, so i aint going to preach to much) what happened did you have a drink the night before and get tested in the morning after or was it just the 'one' with mates?

If in doubt leave it out i dont drink alcohol at all when i am going to be driving boring i know but better off now than losing my licence over a pint or two.

  6. Probably not...but you should in my view!

  7. The magistrate who disqualified you will have stated whether or not you should retake your test. Go back to the court and ask to have a look at the Judgement.

If it wasn't very long ago they should be able to find the record fairly easily.

Incidentally, I appreciate your desire to rant at those who don't know the full circumstances, but please don't be surprised that they condemn you. Your rather basic statement "drink driving" does leave yourself open to it.

Drinking (and drugs) and driving are a very dangerous combination normally undertaken by those who are selfish enough to put their own pleasure before the safety of others. That's why people get very upset about it. If you had mitigating circumstances it's not apparent from your question.

  8. Buy a bike

  9. Nope but you will need to wait till you are 18 years of age before you every drive again.

  10. To be honest I hope so.  How could you be so selfish?  Im sorry to have a go im sure that you have had a lot of stick already.  I have or I should say HAD a friend who was killed by a drunk driver.  I personnally dont think you should be allowed to drive again.  If you do drive again then please think about what you are doing.

  11. I just read your additional details!  What do you want.....sympathy? I don't want to know the circumstances!

Fact ; You drove under the influence and got caught!

    Deal with it!

  12. only if you are smarter now.

  13. Hope you don't get it back for a while. You could have killed a child  or  an oap and i think u should resit both theory and the driving test again and a more intense 1

  14. You probably won't have to retake the test.  But what kind of idiot are you!?!  You could have killed someone.  You shouldn't be allowed to drive at all.

  15. well thats jist stupid of you its people lyk you that shouldn't be on the road hope you could live with yourself if you ran over someone.

  16. Have a look at some pics of crash scenes and casualties and you may change your mind about people being judgemental.I am not but hope you have learnt from your mistake(We all make them).

    35yrs paramedic.

  17. I'm not sure whether you need to do a resit, What were the terms of your sentence.

You really deserve being disqualified. Personally I have never drunk and driven even if I do drink I never drive the next day. I am not preaching but it all boils down to common scence. What iff you had hit some one? What if you were the cause of an accident? Would you be able to confront the parants of someone you killed? Or tell some kids why there mum or dad wasn't coming home any more?

There is no excuse for having a drink and then getting in a car or on a bike.

  18. Hopefully it'll be a while before you get it back, because if you aren't mature enough to know how dangerous it is to drink and drive then you're not mature enough to be behind the wheel of a car!!!

My best friend was killed by a moron like you, maybe this time you didn't hurt anybody but what about the next time?

  19. if it's your first time or second time then nope.

    if its your 2000000000000 yes!!!!!!!!!!

  20. In the UK yes

  21. Your a bright one. You don't need to be retested as it's obvious that you are irresponsible and don't deserve a license.

A whole 8 months driving and you got bagged already? Is that a new world record?

  22. Hope you don't get it back for a while. You could have killed someone.

  23. Yes, you will revert to being a Learner and have to resit the Theory Test

  24. I hope so.... you could have killed a child!!!!

  25. Read the answers - they all seem to say the same thing! Learn from your mistake, take your punishment like a man, then sit the test again & show how you have benefitted. Whatever you do, DON'T DRINK & DRIVE again!

  26. most likely yes.  although you'll need to resit your practical test after your disqualification runs out, you can't resit whilst disqualified.  not sure if the same applies to your theory.

assuming you pass, lets hope this has taught you a lesson to remain sober if you decide to get behind the wheel.  there is no excuse for what you've done.  i cannot think of a single mitigating circumstance when you would NEED to drive if you were over the limit.

saying that, all these people who say "you could've killed a child!" i do wonder why they place the life of a child, an elderly person, a pregnant woman etc above the life of anyone else, irrespective of age, s*x or race.  is it somehow less terrible to kill an adult than a child?  to kill anyone through drink driving is utterly unforgivable - it shouldn't matter how old they are.

  27. never mind mate your not the first and wont be the last to get caught over the limit,

no dout it was not yours but  JOHN SMITHS,JOSHUA TETLY,JACK DANIELS OR JIM BEANS FAULT they are bad men and have alot to answer for.....
