Getting a Pell grant for education can be easy if you qualify.  But most of that government grant stuff is pure bull.  The only ones getting money are the people selling their "information" about how to get all those non-existent grants.  They swear up and down it's legit, and maybe technically it is, but it is NOT easy to get that money, and mostly it's impossible.  Even organizations which are truly doing amazing things can't get govt. grants - like domestic violence support organizations, etc., etc.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR JUNK.

It can be.  You just need to know the right connections, also they should NOT ask you for ANY money to do this, if they do it is a fraud.  Just contact the agency you are trying to get money from.  Then write the grant.  Pell Grants are VERY hard to qualify for, you virtually have to be broke.  Just do your research, and don't be fooled by scams.  If you are trying to get scolarships, you might try fastweb.com.  It is very easy, and they e-mail you scolarships you qualify for, so you can just fill them out and don't have to go hunting for them.
