I have been given a task to do interactive kiosk for shopping mall. Any idea of what features should i put?

Im new into this interactive thing. what is the best features i can put? example 1) store finder (find store by name or category) 2) special offers etc...

depends on the hardware, if you have a touchscreen to work with that would really help.

i guess background music always improves stuff, but offer different music, not just elevator music. internet browsers are always cool to find in anything other than a computer. definitely add something to compare prices online, it'll p**s off salesmen, but customers will love you.

If there's a mechanism to print it would be nice to print coupons or other discount offers.

It would also be nice to browse the menus of the restaurants in the malls.

Notification of upcoming mall events.

Absolutely no music whatsoever. You'll turn people away from it in droves.
