DON'T EAT IT IT'S POISONOUS!

If you want to kill flies with it, mush it up, and mix it with milk and honey and put somewhere cats and kids can't get it.

Better of not to use it at all though!

Vegetarian and vegan? I have read there is some way to boil out the toxins and that it tastes a bit like chicken.  Otherwise it is often dried and smoked, or cooked and consumed for often rather unpleasant mind altering effects. well what i can find online, says its a poisonous mushroom... so i wouldn't try to prepare it at all!
