I have been grinding my teeth for years and now the one side is shorter then the other??

Can a dentist fix that. The front three teeth on the one side are at least a cm smaller from grinding help!?!!

  1. It is possible to get it fixed, although procedures vary (crowns, filing the other side down, and, I believe, a less invasive procedure). And you certainly should get it fixed, because your mouth is now putting extra pressure on one side of your jaw, which could cause serious problems in the future.

    Why do you grind your teeth? Is it in your sleep, or do you consciously do this?


  2. Duh the dentist can fix that. I have VERY small teeth. My dentist fixed hat by making them bigger and longer with Veneers* (* that's probably the wrong spelling) No one would ever be able to tell i had my teeth grown. They just look bigger and brighter! talk 2 ur dentist PRONTO.....
