  1. Orajel is good temporarily until you go to the dentist.  You may want to use heat on your cheek and Take a pain reliever like Advil, etc. Some health food stores have good natural remedies too.

  2. You have a tooth infection. Go to your dentist as soon as possible because the pain will only get worse not better. The infection is in the nerve, please go soon.

  3. sorry had toothaches they suck.  get it pulled

  4. TAKE ADVIL (IBUPROFEN) BECAUSE ORAL GEL WON'T WORK AND IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

  5. Advil I guess.

You could try chewing up a Benadrly it'll help numb your gums, but don't over do it.

  6. It sounds as if you have exhausted your over the counter measures and need to get to the dentist fast.  I hope you have an appointment. (Please do not exceed the Tylenol directions in desperation.)  Are there any emergency dentists in your phone book? Sometimes they take after hour patients and will do a temporary/stopgap measure until you can get to your own dentist.  Good luck.
