I have been having lower back pain that comes and goes and cramping lost my plug today,?

The cramps are not close they do come and go a like 4 or 5 times and hour but the back pain came and won't leave. whats going on.

You say you lost your plug - I take it you're pregnant?  That's the sort of thing that you should really tell your doctor about, especially if you're not near your due date.

In the meantime, I would recommend drinking a lot of water.  Sometimes being dehydrated during pregnancy can cause false labor.  If it continues, then get thee to an emergency room.

If your pregnant that usually means you will give birth within 48 hours.  Sound like you're have back contractions which can happen.  When I lost my plug, my mom asked a nurse and she said I would deliver in 2 days and I did.  Good Luck!
