Hi, since the time I have started on my periods - I have always had a 3 months gap in between. and plus, I started out late as well - roughly when i was in Grade 10 or 11. but now, everytime I get my peridos - I skip 3 months till I get another one. I contacted family physician and all he has to say is my iron and I take a lot of stress. I kind of understand that, but that can't happen all the time? does it have to do with some kind of physical problem or some infection? and can it cause trouble in future - for example, not able to get pargent - cause I really want to have a baby, not now but in future. Thanks everyone :)

  2. Hey, I know what can help. My periods were always regular until I had a baby and then I would have one and then skip one.  Then it changed where I would have a real light one, it would stop and two days later I would have a heavy one.  I started taking Royal Maca.  I only took it for one week, but my period started like normal.  I believe the Royal Maca helped. I found out about it in Whole Foods about a month ago. There was a table set up with samples of Royal Maca.  Maca is a root that is ground into a powder. You just mix it with juice and drink it. You may be able to google it.

I stopped at the table because there was a little sign that said if you had irregular periods, Royal Maca naturalizes your hormones and will regulate you.  I read the brochure.  I don't have it with me, but you should read about it.
