I have been having vivid unusual dreams for many months.?

These dreams are very detailed. Everyday, I wake up with a headache and feel drained of energy. Could the dreams be the cause of this?? I have many dream books and believe in messages that dreams send.

  4. first thing you should do is go to the doctor for a checkup. dream might be an early warning sign for a very real condition
