Ok so I've had this really horrible pain all along my right side and I have noticed a lot of bloating and even what looks like weight gain. I know I'm not pregenant, but I am getting close to my period. I'm really achey, my back is killing me and then of course this pain on my side. I went to doctors and she it probably a pulled muscle. But does anyone have any other ideas and if it is a pulled muscle what can I do to give me some sort of relief?

  1. It sounds a lot like what I have - PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome. Do you ever miss your periods or anything??

It feels a lot like cramping when your cyst busts. However, the pain lasts longer and it usually before or after your period. The weight gain and bloating even go along with it.

Go to your gynecologist and ask to be checked out for it. They can prescribe you some medications and you should feel much better.

    Hope this helps.
