and my problem is that my spousal visa have been expired since last year, I did not feel the need to rush and get its sorted as I was so taken up with my baby and being a house wife, i've never worked in the UK since I am here, my husband have a good job and we are not on benefit's. Please advise what are my options for a late application SET M form after 1 year, I am worried now that I have the form what are my options, will the send me back, My daughter is british and she is in nursery school,and my husband and I are living together, I know that it was silly of me to think such a thing, but the time went by so quickly, I didn't even had the thought to look at my spousal visa. Please serious answers
