I have been jogging & weight lifting for quite sometime but can't shift the belly. I'm stronger but still fat?

  1. If possible, do swimming or running fast.


  2. They won't necessarily work your abs which you need to do to shift that belly! try doing situps and over abdominal exercises.  

  3. Im assuming youve been doing situps and crunches?

    if you find they are getting easier for you (not challenging enough), rest flat weights (like the ones you put on the bar) on your abs then do them.

    make sure you do hip raises and leg lifts to get your butt off the floor and work your lower abs. side obliques are important, twist the lower half of your body so that your legs are parallel on the floor and crunch up to the ceiling.

    the plank will also hep your abs (similar position to a push up but youre resting on your forearms and elbows. hold back straight, tummy in. count to 20 or whatever then increase counts as it gets easier).

    cut out carbs.

  4. Go to a sauna

  5. add some exercises that target the abdominal and lower back muscles to get more effect on that belly fat. As well, watch your diet - reduce starchy foods and those with high sugar content.  

  6. avoid bread or chapati rice, drink one glass warm water with honey or lemon, u will definitly loose the weight
