try consulting a hair beautician. they can look at roots and determine the problem. whatever hair you do have left, i would not straighten, perm, color, or highlight, because if not done properly it could burn and frizz causing it to be worse. just have somebody consult u about it. good luck! thank you for posting! hope i could help!!
